don't know much about the childballads, other than they're fronted by stewart lupton, former lead singer of jonathan fire*eater, whose other members went on to form the walkmen...never really got into the walkmen, or jonathan fire*eater for that matter, but i'm really digging the child ballads first ep, cheekbone hollows (pop 1/2 life), which was released in the u.k. this past january...almost sounds like exile era stones.
