because it's the end of the year & all anyone seems to care about are lists, i thought i'd make another one...here are thirty of my favorite songs released in 2007...on a given day, a few of the titles might change, & to make things easier for myself (& to avoid reposting mp3s) i've excluded tracks from my ten favorite albums of the year, but for the most part these are the songs i enjoyed most this year...they're listed below in alphabetical order, but if i had to pick my absolute favorite, it would probably be jim james & calexico's version of "goin' to acapulco", followed closely by "that don't work that well for us" by je suis france, "you're a wolf" by sea wolf, "headed for a fall" by m. ward & co., & "heart it races" as done by dr. dog...you know, now that i think about it, this isn't really a list as much as it's just a bunch of songs i like...oh well, whatever.download: ryan adams - everybody knows

Way to include Black Moth Super Rainbow. They'll melt your face and piss in your hair. I have to disagree with "your party." If you only include one Ween song (which you shouldn't) make it one that tears it.
