port o'brien

i missed out on port o'brien the first couple times around, while they received raves for their loose brand of folk-pop from bloggers & musicians alike, but i'm really enjoying the apparently fuller sound of what i've recently heard...as well as catching up with some of their older material (which you can download here)...their songs are catchy & engaging & i'm happy i finally caught on to them...the new record, all we could do was sing, comes out may 13th & the band will be down at sxsw the next couple days, then back on the road, hitting the empty bottle in chicago on march 20th.
